Construction details of coupler steel pipe scaffolding

During the construction process, coupler steel pipe scaffolding is often used, so its role is self-evident. Without it, the project cannot be carried out smoothly. Moreover, coupler steel pipe scaffolding generally uses scaffolding and formwork supports for different purposes for different types of engineering construction. At present, the industry mostly uses bowl-buckle scaffolding for bridge support frames, and there are also main structure construction scaffolding using door-type scaffolding. Most of the coupler scaffolding is used for ground scaffolding. The vertical distance of the scaffolding pole is generally 1.2~1.8m and the horizontal distance is generally 0.9~1.5m.

Coupler steel pipe scaffolding also has quite a few advantages:
1. Easy to install and disassemble. The coupler connection is simple, so it can be adapted to scaffolding for various buildings and structures with planes and facades. The one-time investment cost is low; if the geometric dimensions of the scaffolding are carefully designed.
2. Relatively economical. Simple processing. Pay attention to improving the turnover rate of steel pipes, and the amount of materials can also achieve better economic results. The steel pipe rack with fasteners is equivalent to about 15 kilograms of steel per square meter of construction.
3. There are a few more points to note
(1) The U-shaped steel used must be high-strength steel;
(2) U-shaped steel cannot use threaded steel;
(3) The U-shaped steel is passed from the bottom of the plate reinforcement;
(4) The thickness of the steel pressure plate should be no less than 10 mm;
(5) There are no less than two nuts on each screw
