Commonly used scaffolding engineering quantity calculation rules

1. The scaffolding area is calculated according to its projection area.

2. If the building has high and low spans (layers) and the eaves height is not in the same standard step, the scaffolding area is calculated according to the high and low spans (layers) respectively, and the corresponding items are applied respectively.

3. The scaffolding erected in the water tank room, elevator room, stairwell, CCTV room, parapet, etc. protruding from the roof shall be implemented according to the corresponding roof eaves height project.

4. For the outer corridors, eaves corridors, and balconies attached to the building with a width of less than 1.5m outside the wall, the scaffolding is calculated according to 80% of the inner scaffolding using the outer wall frame; if the width is more than 1.5m, it is calculated according to the inner scaffolding.

5. For independent columns, the corresponding project height project is applied according to the circumference plus 3.6m multiplied by the column height. The column height is calculated as a single row within 15m, and the column height is calculated as a double row above 15m.

6. The scaffolding inside the masonry is calculated according to the vertical projection area of the inner wall, without deducting the area of the door and window openings. The masonry frame of the wall is implemented according to the masonry scaffolding project. The scaffolding of the wall is calculated by multiplying the height from the natural ground to the top of the wall by the length of the center line of the wall, without deducting the area occupied by the wall door, but the scaffolding of the independent door column is not increased. If the wall is built on a slope or the heights of each section are different, it should be calculated according to the vertical projection area of each section of the wall. When the height of the wall exceeds 3.6m, if the double-sided plastering is used, in addition to calculating the framework according to the regulations, an additional plastering frame can be added.

7. The full-floor scaffolding is calculated according to the actual horizontal projection area of the erection, without deducting the area occupied by the wall columns and columns. The basic floor height is 3.6m to 5.2m. For ceiling plastering and decoration exceeding 3.6m and within 5.2m, the basic layer of full-floor scaffolding shall be calculated; for floor height exceeding 5.2m, one additional layer shall be calculated for every 1.2m increase, and the number of additional layers = (floor height – 5.2m)/1.2m, rounded to the nearest integer. For interior wall decoration using full-floor scaffolding, 1.28 man-days of scaffolding modification shall be added for every 100m2 of vertical projection area of the surrounding walls.

8. The pouring transport channel is only applicable to projects that cannot use other scaffolding and must be set up in a tower. The width of the top surface of the frame shall not be less than 2m to be calculated. When the frame height is less than 1.5m, the corresponding items within 3m of the frame height shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 0.65. The length of the pouring transport channel shall be calculated according to the provisions of the construction organization design or construction plan if there is a construction organization design or construction plan. If there is no provision, it shall be calculated according to the actual length of the erection.

9. Both the attached ramp and the independent ramp are calculated by seat, and their height is the same as the height of the external scaffolding. The number of attached ramps or independent ramps shall be calculated according to the provisions of the construction organization design or construction plan if there is a construction organization design or construction plan. If there is no provision, it shall be calculated according to the actual number of erected ramps.

10. Safety aisles shall be calculated according to the actual horizontal projection area (frame width * frame length).

11. Safety fences shall be calculated according to the actual enclosed vertical projection area. When the actual enclosed materials used do not meet the standards, no adjustment shall be made.

12. The inclined safety fence shall be calculated according to the actual (length × width) inclined surface area.

13. The vertical hanging safety net shall be calculated according to the actual full hanging vertical projection area.

14. The chimney and water tower scaffolding shall be calculated according to different heights and diameters, and its diameter shall be calculated according to the corresponding outer diameter at ±0.000.

15. For inverted cone-shaped water towers and water tanks, which are prefabricated on the ground, the external scaffolding around them (including ramps and winch frames) is calculated according to the corresponding individual items, and the height is based on the vertical height from the top of the water tank to the ground.

16. The high-altitude assembly support operation platform of the steel grid is calculated according to the horizontal projection area of the grid; the height is based on 15m, and the amount is increased or decreased for every increase or decrease of 1.5m for those exceeding or lower than 15m.

17. The cantilever scaffolding is calculated in extended meters according to the tower length and number of layers

18. The suspended scaffolding is calculated in square meters according to the horizontal projection area of the erection
