First, calculation rules
(1) When calculating the internal and external wall scaffolding, the area occupied by door and window openings, empty circle openings, etc. shall not be deducted.
(2) When the height of the same building is different, it should be calculated separately according to different heights.
(3) The scope of the contracted project by the general contractor does not include exterior wall decoration projects or exterior wall decoration. For projects that cannot be constructed using the main construction scaffolding, the main external scaffolding or decorative external scaffolding projects can be applied separately.
Second, external scaffolding
(1) The height of the building’s external wall scaffolding is calculated from the designed outdoor floor to the eaves (or parapet top); the project is calculated in square meters according to the length of the outer edge of the external wall (wall buttresses with a protruding wall width greater than 240mm, etc., are calculated according to the dimensions shown in the figure and included in the length of the external wall) multiplied by the height.
(2) For masonry heights below 15m, single-row scaffolding shall be used for calculation; for heights above 15m or less than 15m, but the exterior wall doors, windows and decoration area exceeds 60% of the exterior wall surface area (or the exterior wall is a cast-in-place concrete wall or a lightweight block wall), double-row scaffolding shall be used for calculation; for building heights exceeding 30m, it may be calculated as double-row scaffolding of a steel cantilever platform according to the project conditions.
(3) Independent columns (cast-in-place concrete frame columns) shall be calculated by adding 3.6m to the outer perimeter of the column structure shown in the diagram, multiplied by the designed column height in square meters, and the single-row external scaffolding project shall be applied. For cast-in-place concrete beams and walls, the height between the designed outdoor floor or the upper surface of the floor slab and the bottom of the floor slab shall be multiplied by the net length of the beam and wall in square meters, and the double-row external scaffolding project shall be applied.
(4) For steel platform cantilever pipe racks, the length of the outer edge of the exterior wall multiplied by the designed height shall be calculated in square meters. The quota for the width of the platform cantilever has been comprehensively determined, and when used, it shall be applied separately according to the setting height of the quota items.
Third, internal scaffolding
(i) For the internal wall scaffolding of a building, when the height from the designed indoor floor to the lower surface of the top plate (or 1/2 of the gable height) is less than 3.6m (non-lightweight block wall), it shall be calculated as a single row of internal scaffolding; when the height exceeds 3.6m and is less than 6m, it shall be calculated as a double row of internal scaffolding.
(ii) The internal scaffolding shall be calculated according to the vertical projection area of the wall surface, and the internal scaffolding project shall be applied. Various lightweight block walls that cannot leave scaffolding holes on the internal walls shall apply the double row of the internal scaffolding project.
Fourth, decorative scaffolding
(1) When the original masonry scaffolding cannot be used for the decoration of the internal wall with a height of more than 3.6m, the decorative scaffolding can be calculated according to the calculation rules of the internal scaffolding. The decorative scaffolding shall be calculated by multiplying the double row of internal scaffolding by a coefficient of 0.3.
(2) When the indoor ceiling decoration surface is more than 3.6m away from the designed indoor floor, the full-house scaffolding can be calculated. The full-floor scaffolding is calculated based on the indoor net area. When its height is between 3.61 and 5.2m, the basic layer is calculated. When it exceeds 5.2m, each additional 1.2m is calculated as an additional layer, and less than 0.6m is not counted. The additional layer is calculated according to the following formula: Full-floor scaffolding additional layer = [indoor net height-5.2 (m)]/1.2 (m)
(3) When the main scaffolding cannot be used for exterior wall decoration, the exterior wall decoration scaffolding can be calculated. The exterior wall decoration scaffolding is calculated based on the designed exterior wall decoration area and the corresponding quota items are applied. The exterior wall decoration scaffolding is not calculated for those who paint or brush the exterior walls.
(4) After the full-floor scaffolding is calculated according to the regulations, the interior wall decoration project will no longer calculate the scaffolding.
Fifth, other scaffolding
(1) The wall scaffolding is calculated in square meters by multiplying the masonry height from the outdoor natural floor to the top of the wall by the length. The wall scaffolding applies the corresponding items of the single-row interior scaffolding.
(2) For stone masonry walls, when the masonry height is above 1.0mm, the design masonry height is multiplied by the length in square meters, and the double-row inner scaffolding project is applied.
(3) Horizontal protection frames are calculated in square meters according to the horizontal projection area of the actual paving board.
(4) Vertical protection frames are calculated in square meters according to the height between the natural floor and the topmost horizontal bar multiplied by the actual length of the erection.
(5) For cantilever scaffolding, it is calculated in extended meters according to the erection length and number of layers.
(6) For suspended scaffolding, it is calculated in square meters according to the horizontal projection area of the erection.
(7) For chimney scaffolding, it is calculated in seats according to different erection heights. Concrete chimneys and silos constructed with sliding formwork are not calculated separately for scaffolding.
(8) For elevator shaft scaffolding, it is calculated in seats according to single holes.
(9) For ramps, it is calculated in seats according to different heights.
(10) For scaffolding of silos, regardless of single-tube or silo group, the perimeter of the outer edge of the single-tube shall be multiplied by the height between the designed outdoor floor and the top of the silo, calculated in square meters, and the double-row external scaffolding project shall be applied.
(11) For scaffolding of water (oil) tanks, the perimeter of the outer wall shall be multiplied by the height between the outdoor floor and the top of the tank wall. Calculated in square meters. For water (oil) tanks that are more than 1.2m above the floor, the double-row external scaffolding project shall be applied.
(12) For scaffolding of equipment foundations, the perimeter of the outer shape shall be multiplied by the height between the floor and the outer top edge, calculated in square meters, and the double-row internal scaffolding project shall be applied.
(13) The vertical enclosed engineering quantity of buildings shall be calculated according to the vertical projection area of the enclosed surface.
(14) The vertical hanging safety net shall be calculated in square meters according to the actual length of the net frame multiplied by the actual height.
(15) The cantilevered safety net shall be calculated according to the horizontal projection area of the cantilevered safety net.
