Basic requirements for scaffolding erection

1. Foundation acceptance: Before the scaffolding is erected, the scaffolding foundation must be inspected to ensure that the foundation is stable and does not accumulate water. A base or pad should be placed under the scaffolding poles.
2. Extension of longitudinal horizontal bars: The longitudinal horizontal bars can be extended by butt fasteners or overlapped. The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars shall not be set in synchronization or the same span.
3. Extension of vertical bars: When the vertical bars are butt-jointed, the joints of two adjacent vertical bars should not be set in synchronization. Except for the top of the top floor, which can be overlapped, the joints of all other layers and parts must be connected by butt fasteners.
4. The bottom step and the horizontal bar: The bottom step of the scaffolding should not be greater than 2 meters. A horizontal bar must be set at the main node and connected with a right-angle fastener. It is strictly forbidden to remove it.
5. Laying of scaffolding boards: The scaffolding boards of the scaffolding working layer should be fully, firmly, and firmly laid.
6. Setting of sweeping rods: The scaffolding must be equipped with longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods, and the height of the sweeping rods from the ground shall not exceed 200 mm. When the foundations of the scaffolding poles are not at the same height, the longitudinal sweeping rods at the high position must be extended to the low position by two spans and fixed to the poles, and the height difference between the two grounds should not be greater than 1 meter. The distance from the axis of the pole above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500 mm.
7. Setting of diagonal braces and scissor braces: Both ends of the open double-row scaffolding must be equipped with transverse zigzag diagonal braces. When the scaffolding is erected at a height of less than 24 meters, a scissor brace should be set at each end of the frame, corner, and middle every 15 meters, and it should be set continuously from bottom to top; when the erection height is 24 meters or more, the scissor brace should be set continuously from bottom to top on the outside.
