Appearance quality requirements of ring lock scaffolding couplers:
1. No cracks are allowed in all parts of the ring lock scaffold couplers;
2. The opening distance between the cover and the seat shall not be less than 49 (52) mm;
3. Ring lock scaffolding fasteners are not allowed to shrink in the main parts;
4. There should be no more than three blisters on the surface of the disc fastener greater than 10 mm², and the cumulative area should not be greater than 50 mm²;
5. The accumulated sand sticking area on the surface of the ring lock scaffolding fasteners should not be greater than 150 mm²;
6. The wrong box should not be larger than 1 mm²;
7. The high value (or depth) of the convex (or concave) surface of the ring lock scaffold fastener should not be greater than 1 mm;
8. There should be no oxide scale on the contact part of the fastener and the steel pipe, and the cumulative oxidation area of other parts should not be greater than 150 mm²;
9. The rivet should meet the requirements of GB867, the riveting joint should be firm, and the riveting joint should be 1 mm larger than the diameter of the riveting hole, and be beautiful, and there should be no cracks;
10. The materials used for T-bolts, nuts, washers and rivets should comply with the relevant regulations of GB700. The threads of bolts and nuts should meet the requirements of GB196, and the washers should meet the requirements of GB95. T-bolt M12, the total length is 72±0.5mm, the nut opposite side width is 22±0.5mm, and the thickness is 14±0.5mm. T-bolts and nuts are checked with grade 3 precision ring gauges and plug gauges;
11. The movable part should be able to rotate flexibly, and the gap between the two rotating surfaces of the rotating fastener should be less than mm;
12. Product specifications and trademarks should be cast in eye-catching places, and the handwriting and patterns should be clear and complete;
13. The surface of the ring lock scaffold fasteners should be treated with anti-rust (no asphalt paint). The paint should be uniform and beautiful, and there should be no pile paint or exposed iron.
The manufacturer of disc-buckle scaffolding fasteners shall carry out control testing strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned technical requirements. First, it is necessary to check whether the malleable steel grade of the fastener is reached and whether it is stable above the KTH330-08 grade. The fasteners produced are randomly sampled and tested in accordance with the standards, and the products are approved for delivery after the inspection is qualified and the product delivery certificate is issued.
In order to ensure the stability of product quality and reduce losses, the disc fastener scaffold fastener manufacturer should adopt strict control and testing in all aspects of production, and implement the so-called process control.
There is also a unified specification for the weight of the fasteners of ring lock scaffolding. The value in the attached table in GBJ130-2011 of the scaffolding specification is 13.2N/unit for right-angle fasteners; 14.6N/unit for rotating fasteners; 18.4N/unit for docking fasteners. Converted into weight, it is 1.3Kg for right-angle fasteners, 1.5Kg for rotating fasteners, and 1.9Kg for docking fasteners.
