Acceptance requirements for common industrial scaffolding

1. Scaffold erection and dismantling personnel must pass the job operation ability training assessment before they can take up their posts with a certificate:

2. There should be corresponding safety facilities for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, and operators should correctly wear safety helmets, safety belts, and non-slip shoes;

3. The construction load on the scaffolding operation layer shall not exceed the design allowable load;

4. When encountering strong winds of level 6 or above, dense fog, rain, or snow, the erection and dismantling of scaffolding should be stopped; after rain, frost, and snow, the scaffolding operation should have anti-slip measures, and water, ice, frost, and snow should be removed in time;

7. It is strictly prohibited to fix the formwork support frame, cable wind rope, concrete delivery pump pipe, unloading platform, and attachments of large equipment on the double-row scaffolding:

8. When two or more operating layers are working on the double-row scaffolding at the same time, the total standard value of the construction uniform load of each operating layer in the same span shall not exceed 5kN/m, and the protective scaffolding shall be marked with a limited load;

9. During the use of the scaffolding, it is strictly prohibited to dismantle the longitudinal horizontal bars, transverse horizontal bars, longitudinal sweeping bars, transverse sweeping bars, and wall connecting parts at the main nodes of the frame without authorization.

10. After the scaffolding is accepted and put into use, it should be inspected regularly during use, and the inspection items should comply with the following regulations:
(1) There should be no water accumulation on the foundation, there should be drainage around the foundation, the saddle and adjustable support should not be loose, and the vertical poles should not be suspended;
(2) There should be no obvious settlement of the foundation skin, and the frame should not be deformed;
(3) The vertical poles, horizontal poles, diagonal braces, scissor braces, and wall connecting parts should not be missing or loose;
(4) The frame should not be overloaded;
(5) The monitoring points of the formwork support frame should be intact;
(6) The safety protection facilities should be complete and effective, without damage or missing.

11. When the scaffolding encounters any of the following situations, it should be fully inspected and can only be used after confirming safety:
(1) After encountering strong winds of level 6 or above or heavy south wind;
