A complete analysis of the calculation methods of various scaffoldings

First, the calculation rules of scaffolding
When calculating the internal and external wall scaffolding, the area occupied by door and window openings, empty circle openings, etc. does not need to be deducted. If the height of the same building is different, remember to calculate it separately according to different heights. If the scope of the project contracted by the general contractor does not include the exterior wall decoration project or the exterior wall decoration cannot be constructed using the main construction scaffolding, the main external scaffolding or decorative external scaffolding project can be applied separately.

Second, the calculation rules of external scaffolding
The height of the external wall scaffolding is calculated from the designed outdoor floor to the eaves (or parapet top). The project volume is calculated in square meters according to the length of the outer edge of the exterior wall (wall buttresses with a protruding wall width greater than 240mm, etc., are calculated according to the dimensions shown in the figure and included in the length of the exterior wall) multiplied by the height. Masonry heights below 15m are calculated as single-row scaffolding; heights above 15m or less than 15m, but the exterior door and window and decoration area exceeds 60% of the exterior wall surface area (or the exterior wall is a cast-in-place concrete wall or lightweight block wall), are calculated as double-row scaffolding; when the building height exceeds 30m, it can be calculated as double-row scaffolding on a steel cantilever platform according to the project situation. Independent columns (cast-in-place concrete frame columns) are calculated by adding 3.6m to the outer perimeter of the column structure shown in the diagram, multiplied by the designed column height in square meters, and the single-row external scaffolding project is applied. Cast-in-place concrete beams and walls are calculated by multiplying the height between the designed outdoor floor or the upper surface of the floor slab to the bottom of the floor slab by the net length of the beam and wall in square meters, and the double-row external scaffolding project is applied. The steel pipe frame of the steel platform cantilever is calculated in square meters by multiplying the length of the outer edge of the exterior wall by the designed height. The quota for the width of the platform cantilever has been comprehensively determined, and when used, it is applied separately according to the setting height of the quota items.

Third, the calculation rules of the inner scaffolding
For the inner wall scaffolding of a building, when the height from the designed indoor floor to the lower surface of the top plate (or 1/2 of the gable height) is less than 3.6m (non-lightweight block wall), it is calculated as a single row of inner scaffolding; when the height exceeds 3.6m and is less than 6m, it is calculated as a double row of inner scaffolding. The inner scaffolding is calculated based on the vertical projection area of the wall surface, and the inner scaffolding project is applied. Various lightweight block walls that cannot leave scaffolding holes on the inner wall are subject to the double row of the inner scaffolding project.
