9 precautions for the construction of mobile scaffolding safety ladders

(1) Before taking up the post, organize all the technicians, construction workers and labor teams who participate in the construction of high piers to learn the common sense of safety operation, and conduct special training; and full-time safety personnel will make safety skills disclosure for each layer.
(2) Formulate tight operating procedures, operators must strictly abide by their respective positions, and it is necessary to wear safety protective equipment as required. Fasten the safety rope and wear a safety helmet accurately when you are on duty.
(3) Set up safety guardrails around the construction channel, set up a closed safety net under the channel, and set up ladders on the upper base to facilitate the construction workers to work up and down. Send special personnel to check regularly and irregularly, and adopt anti-skid measures on the sidewalk. The springboard is pressed with steel bars and tied together with iron wires.
(4) When replacing the upper and lower floors, avoid falling iron pieces, things, etc. When operating things are not in use, it is necessary to put them in the bag to prevent falling objects from hurting people. Stop throwing debris from a height.
(5) Stop stacking heavy objects on the operating channel, and often check the position of the hanging point of the sliding frame, the safety of the lifting wire rope and the chain hoist; whether the load-bearing parts are stable and balanced to ensure full confidence.
(6) The lifting work must be monitored on-site by full-time safety personnel, and the operator must be a skilled worker and have undergone safety training. There are management personnel on the scene to deploy and command in unison.
(7) When the formwork is hoisted and turned upside down, it should be stably raised and lowered, balanced in place, to avoid large swings and bumps. When the formwork is removed, it should be removed in layers and in sequence, and the removed formwork should be stacked smoothly to prevent the stacking weight from forming deformation.
(8) It is necessary to ensure that the lighting is sufficient for nighttime construction, and some work should not be carried out at night, such as raising the carriage, lifting heavy objects, etc.
(9) In case of strong wind, heavy rain, lightning, snow and bad weather, the construction should be suspended.
